As we’ve been telling you for the last few weeks, full registration for LauraPalooza 2012 will close tomorrow – Thursday, May 31. Due to some logistical limitations that remains true. However, in response to multiple requests for more time to be able to make travel decisions, we’re pleased to offer a new, limited phase of late registration.
For a limited time, June 1-15, you may purchase the basic 3-day registration, which includes all conference sessions and workshops, all evening events (ice cream social, authors’ reception, Alison Arngrim performance), and refreshments during breaks—for a higher fee. You may also still purchase the Walnut Grove field trip for $30 ($50 with transportation).
Important caveats:
• We cannot offer an extension on the dorm package or meals. These must be purchased by May 31.
• Late registration payment MUST be made by PayPal . Checks will not be accepted.
• Late registration must be made via email, not through the online form.
• Conference rates at the AmericInn expire on June 12, so reserve by then if you want the special rate.
To sum up:
Cost of Late Registration
Members: $125.00
Non-Members: $150.00
After June 15 all registration options will be closed. If space is available, we will offer daily passes on site at the conference for a price that’s yet to be determined.
The choice is yours. Register by May 31 at the regular registration price or pay a little more to give yourself more time. If you choose to take advantage of late registration, send an email to beyondlittlehouse@gmail.com with the following:
Name
Address
Phone number
Email
PayPal email (if different)
Registration amount
Amount for Walnut Grove trip (if applicable)
We’ll send you a PayPal invoice when we receive your email request.
See you in July at LauraPalooza 2012!
